Nazila’s attention to detail means that budgets and timelines are adhered to, communication is ongoing, and expectations and objectives are not only met, but invariably exceeded. She has raised multitasking to an art form and, as such, not only ensures that all runs smoothly in the office, but she also facilitates much of the concierge-level service for which Shaheen & Company has become renowned.

 

Nazila moved to Toronto in 2008 to pursue her studies. Subsequent to her impressive post-secondary and graduate school achievements, she spent time working as a teacher, which undoubtedly contributed to her unending patience and calm demeanour – traits that are very much appreciated by colleagues and clients alike.

 

In addition to her passion for education, Nazila has always been drawn to real estate and has a particular fondness for preparing homes for sale and casting them in their very best light. It was this love that led her to join Shaheen & Company where she quickly became the “backbone of the team.” The mentorship she receives from her colleagues and the integrity shared by the firm’s principal stakeholders are among the many reasons she wouldn’t want to work anywhere else. When she isn’t busy perusing real estate photographs to ensure everything is just right, or masterfully coordinating schedules, Nazila can be found exploring some of her favourite Toronto locales. An ideal way to spend a Sunday, for example, might include checking out the ROM’s latest exhibit then grabbing a bite to eat in Yorkville, or ambling around the Distillery District with her husband and daughter by her side.
