    Prior to founding his own Real Estate advisory business, Niki spent six years as a project manager for Green Renova; a development firm in Ontario.     Madi was born in Iran and his family decided to move to Toronto shortly after he graduated from University. Prior to entering real estate, he started studying Civil Engineering at Ryerson University and at the same time, he started working in the construction field from landscaping to renovating and remodeling properties.

    He began his Real Estate sales career in late 2012 and since then he has helped 100's of families sell their properties here in Toronto and the GTA. Madi provides quality service to build relationships with clients and more importantly, maintains those relationships by communicating effectively and being his genuine self.

    Houman Born and raised in an Iranian business owner family felt the passion for sales and running his own business from a very young age. He grew up in Tehran, the capital city of Iran while following Iranian culture routine/expectations and completed his bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

    He moved to Canada in 2003 and immediately established his business involving himself in local real estate sales and construction projects in Richmond Hill, Thornhill, Markham, and Vaughn.

    This move to Canada caused his entrepreneurial spirit and passion for homes and real estate to thrive. A career move in real estate sales was a natural transition as his knowledge for real estate in general and structural design background is very a huge asset in assisting clients by guiding them to see their current or future home's highest potential.
